This is what an old sewer main looks like!

We attended for a blockage, cleared it then sent the camera down and found tree roots everywhere!

After a full dig up we noted every join had failed allowing roots to enter the system.
It was also not buried deep enough so we trenched further and renewed the entire main in pvc so no more blockages at this property :)

Today I rescued a client and friend ,wont name names but we shall refer to her as a dingus (as my 4 year old would say) 😂

she let a cleaning cloth get sucked into her spa pump while cleaning it!

New Ridgid flex shaft machine in action.
Pulled out tree roots from a broken gully then sent the flex shaft up the galvanised shower line which had internally rusted.

The flex shaft with its unique chain knockers give a wall to wall clean inside the pipe not just punching a hole through

Great for grease/fats,soft blockages from paper and wet wipes, hair and light tree roots

Here we see the difference between cheap plastic washers which most other companies use (this tap set was serviced by another company only 3 months ago) and premium washers I use!

The recently replaced washers have already disintegrated causing this clients tap to gush!

A major cause of blockages is tree root intrusion into your sewer.

Here we have a broken earthenware pipe due to the compounding pressure of tree roots seeking water.

Drain machine was used to clear a path in order to inspect the sewer with our camera and this is what we found!

In a lot of cases, clearing with the drain machine will have you on your way, however todays find is terminal requiring a dig up and replacement to get things flowing again.
