Up to $3,000 a plug. The federal DRIVEN charger rebate is back for dealerships and EV repairers across Melbourne’s south-east and the Peninsula.
Swipe for the short version:
✔ Up to $3,000 per charging plug, capped at $21,000 per site
✔ Repairers who meet AS 5732 can also claim up to 80% of eligible EV workshop equipment
✔ Minimum $5,000 of eligible spend per claim
✔ Chargers must be installed by a licensed electrician (that’s us)
✔ Closes 30 April 2027, assessed in the order received
We do the site assessment, install smart chargers that meet the program (Evnex and Myenergi Zappi), sort any circuit or switchboard work the install needs, and hand you the installation documentation the application asks for. You apply, you receive the rebate.
If you run a dealership, a dealer service centre or an EV workshop and want to know what charging your site can take, call 0495 105 784, email [email protected] or DM us and we’ll book a site assessment.
