Builders….we need to chat. Can we stop dropping Lomandra plants in EVERY garden that is ever built?! I don’t mind them but let’s look at other great native plants.

Same yard, 4 days apart. Goat vegetation management works. Our herds are being deployed all over south east Queensland right now, clearing suburban jungles one at a time.

Let’s tame another backyard jungle! This slope is about 45 degrees. No way any machine is getting through that. And if you try to trim it with a whipper snipper, you’re probably going ass over.

So as sure footed as a mountain goat (well a goat anyway), this team will have this cleaned up in a few days.

Does it make the yard into a golf course green? No. But it does allow the owner to reclaim their yard, get a machine into the space (without being swallowed by vines) and create a new yard. Logan City Council Brisbane City Council Courier Mail

“What do you mean you put a herd of goats into a suburban back yard??!!”

Yeah I’m that crazy….and it might just work. I’ve always been that guy, the one who will try something that the others say is stupid or can’t be done.

Now the girls are booked out for the next 6 weeks.

Does the yard come back like a golf course green, no. BUT, it does let the owner reclaim their yard, get a machine in there that won’t be absorbed by the vines and start again.

So the girls have been on this project for the past 5 days. What was once close to the Amazon rainforest is now starting...
