From New Build to Finished Landscape 🌿

Another complete new-build front landscape finished, and a seriously clean result.

This property started as an unfinished front yard, giving us a blank canvas to complete the entire front landscape from the ground up.

The custom concrete entryway is the hero of this one. Oversized floating concrete steps, individually formed and poured on site to create a bold, modern entrance without overcomplicating the design.

Simple, timeless, and an effortless way to make a new-build home stand out.

The complete transformation included:

• Custom formed & poured floating concrete entry steps
• Full machine strip, regrading and preparation
• Buffalo turf installation

🚨 LANDSCAPE LABOURER WANTED – IMMEDIATE START 🚨

We’re looking for someone to join our growing landscaping & drainage business for an immediate start.

📍 Based in Deception Bay
Work generally covers Chermside through to Caboolture

The role:
• Casual position – approximately 2–3 days per week expected, however hours are not guaranteed
• $30–$40/hr depending on experience and ability
• Varied, hands-on outdoor work
• Potential for a Landscaping Apprenticeship for the right applicant

Our work includes:
• New-build landscaping
• Drainage & stormwater works
• Turf preparation & installation
• Tight-access earthworks
• Pathways & gardens
• Concreting & paving
• General landscape construction

What we’re looking for:
• Fit, reliable and willing to work hard
• Flexible with days and hours
• Own reliable transport is essential
• Landscaping or construction experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Someone keen to learn and develop their skills

We are qualified landscapers and plumbers, specialising in landscaping, tight-access earthworks and drainage throughout North Brisbane and Moreton Bay.

We’re looking for someone keen to get stuck in, learn and become a valuable part of a growing business.

A bit of a reset on this front yard

We were brought in to strip out the old garden areas, edging, grass pavers and unwanted material, then machine regrade and level the area ready for whatever comes next.

The owners haven't decided exactly what they want to do with the space yet, so for now the goal was simply to give them a clean slate and a properly prepared area to work from.

A good bit of progress already, and now it's ready for the next stage of landscaping once they've decided what direction they want to take it.

More room to entertain 🍻

A couple of weeks ago we shared this unused corner after stripping it back, ready for its transformation.

What was essentially wasted space has now become an extension of the existing outdoor entertaining area, creating a much larger and more usable space.

Finished with:

• 600 × 400 natural granite paving
• Bluestone border detailing
• Hot & cold water connections
• Sewer connection
• Sealed natural stone finish

The new paving ties straight into the existing patio, while the additional plumbing leaves plenty of options for an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, bar or whatever comes next.

A relatively small footprint that’s made a big difference to how the whole outdoor area can be used.

New machine to the fleet and ready to work!

Bigger, badder, better.

Our new Carter CT1.4BU excavator has landed and is ready to get stuck into some work.

More capability, more power and still compact enough to get into those tight-access jobs — a solid upgrade that’ll help us take on bigger landscaping, drainage and earthworks projects while keeping the versatility of a mini excavator.

Big thanks to Frank at Digzilla Machinery for getting us sorted with the new machine and attachments.

A BIG TURF PREP JOB IN BURPENGARY

Around 400m-stripped, regraded and prepared for new turf, with nearly 40 tonnes of material moved throughout the job and over 25 tonnes removed from site to get the levels and finished surface right.

We supplied B-grade Buffalo turf to help keep the project cost down while still achieving a great finished result.

The little digger certainly earned its keep on one of its last big jobs before the new machine arrives to replace and upgrade it.

A fresh lawn that completely changes the feel of the property and gives the family a heap more usable outdoor space

Another front yard transformation finished up

This one was about creating a fully trafficable second driveway/car parking area, without turning half the front yard into one big slab of concrete.

We extended the usable driveway hard space with grid paving, added decorative stone and grass infill, installed a granite stepping-stone pathway, cleaned up the garden borders and tied everything neatly back into the existing driveway and landscaping.

Grid pavers definitely divide opinion, but for the right job they work really well - you get a practical, trafficable area for vehicles while still keeping a much softer landscaped feel around the home.

MICRO EXCAVATION & TIGHT ACCESS EARTHWORKS

A lot of the work we do is in places where getting machinery in is half the battle.

With over 10 years’ experience working machinery in tight-access areas, we know how to get jobs done in places larger equipment simply can’t reach.

Our tight-access excavation setup can work through access from as little as 800mm, which opens up a heap of jobs that would otherwise be painfully difficult — or simply not get done at all.

Projects you thought weren’t doable because of access, we can often make happen.
