A little look behind the scenes at Lot 5 Coolum Horizons.

We explored two facade options with the clients, a black vertical screen and a warmer timber screen. The house itself stayed the same, but the feel changed completely.

The black screen feels more refined and recessive, while the timber screen softens the facade and adds warmth.

This is why we love using renders throughout the design process, they help clients compare options and make confident decisions before anything is built.

Small changes can make a big difference.
