Remove noisy pool pump from a property at little mountain
Stripping it down to find it has been running but not pumping and water had boiled this had destroyed the pump housing + mechanical seal + impeller + water got into the bearings due to mechanical seal failure

The cost of repair was still cheaper than a new pool pump so installed new bearings and wet end parts and installed back at property

Turn around time for this was
Removing at 4pm and installed next morning at 7:30am
