Blocked grease trap.Have you had it cleaned out.Yes...you did it last year..well there is your problem.
ALOT of restaurant owners dont understand the maintenance involved to keep a functional efficient kitchen going.
Over the years its normal to find first timers thrown in the deep end.
I wished agents could take the time to explain the grease trap and associated pumps or pits to the leasee.
SO FUTURE RESTAURATEURS!! save money ask the question of grease trap type size and any abnormalities you may face.
If not get an experienced grease trap plumber to explain what you are in for.
