Meet the Team | Harry
Harry has been with the AMD team for just over a year, working across everything from framing through to concreting.

What he enjoys most about the role is the variety, no two days on site are the same, with each stage bringing a different challenge and pace.

Drawn to carpentry for the challenge that comes with the trade, Harry takes the most pride in his consistency, work ethic, and showing up every day ready to get the job done.
And for anyone wondering, he’s firmly team Makita.

Planning For Progress | AMD Constructions
Progress on site starts well before construction begins.

With active projects across Cleveland, Stradbroke Island, and Upper Mt Gravatt, AMD intentionally manages builds at different stages to keep internal teams and subcontractors moving efficiently across all sites.

Every project begins with a detailed site review led by key team members, assessing access, logistics, and overall buildability. From there, the office team works through front-end planning and design coordination to map out how the project will run.

Strong delivery comes from strong planning, setting each site up properly from day one.

BLANCA | MAJOR MILESTONE
Another major milestone on site at Blanca, with the team pouring the podium deck.

Using a dual pump setup, the crew is working efficiently to complete one of the key structural stages of the project. With the basement poured in recent weeks, attention has now shifted upward as the build continues to take shape.

Completion of the podium deck creates the platform for the next stages ahead, allowing the project to move forward with strong momentum.

Safety On Site | AMD Constructions
High-risk tasks on site require more than experience, they require planning, control, and the right people in place.

For major lifts and complex operations, full traffic management may be implemented to safely manage surrounding access and lane closures when required. During works such as tower crane installation, site access is restricted to essential personnel directly involved in the task.
Appropriate PPE remains mandatory for everyone on site, with dedicated team representatives overseeing operations to ensure works run safely and efficiently.

Safety isn’t a separate step in the process, it’s built into every stage of the job.
