🚨 Big news for future homeowners in Tasmania.

The Tasmanian Government has announced it will guarantee up to 30% of construction loans for eligible modular home builds, helping remove one of the biggest barriers to homeownership: access to finance.

For many people, finance during the factory build phase has been the challenge. This announcement could make it easier, particularly for first home buyers, to move forward with their plans.

What a great week at Knest Homes at Agfest 2026.
