No hot water?! No worries, just helped out another customer. The hot water element was faulty. New one installed so hot showers tonight!

FUN FACT!
This beautiful house was built from hand pressed convict bricks and is located in Sharon QLD .

The inside is as beautiful as the outside! Lots of amazing history and charm in this one of a kind home.

This house will be for sale in the near future!

Thought I’d do a different post and share a drain install completed by my 1st year apprentice Caleb. I Told him briefly what needed to be done and continued with other tasks on the job. Came back to inspect the work and I couldn’t have done it better myself!

Looks like a simple task but bending the conduit correct, choosing HDG saddles, making sure vertical drops a level and making the job look neat to Miztech standards isn’t learnt overnight.

Also the installation of the wall brackets and duct work was spot on.

Every job is unique and installations have to be designed and completed to the highest standards.

Another house reno completed today! Pretty much all new electrical fixtures throughout. A new air conditioner and best of all apprentice Caleb using his favourite tool, the broom. Yes, electricians do clean up after themselves 😆
