This is luxury living!!

Meticulous planning, overcoming obstacles and precise ex*****on have brought this stunning pool and entertainment area to life for our long term client.

The plan originally started out as a couple of downlights to light the entertainment space quickly evolved with some imagination to this seamless LED strip lighting framing the beautiful timber ceiling, all fully recessed for a completely integrated finish.

The LED lit stairs provide a theatrical entrance to the area along with soft warm wall lights lining the pool wall giving so many different layers, it really has to be seen to be appreciated.

From Shed to Chic!!

Stoked to be part of this project where an existing outbuilding was converted to an awesome granny flat to allow the owners elderly mum be close to family while still keeping their independence.

It’s light and bright with LED lighting throughout, all year round comfort with reverse cycle AC and fully compliant with safety switches and smokes alarms.

You never know what’s behind your walls! 🫣 this elderly lady had no power or lights for a about a month.. what I found was a build up of damp mud filled in the wall which had enveloped the PowerPoint causing a short. We think it may be termites but definitely some creepy crawly’s making their home in there.

Called that morning, attended that afternoon and resolved and power restored within an hour of arrival 💪 love a good fault find to get the brain working!
