A renovation is one thing ... completely changing how the rooms are used is another!

The MSJ Plumbing team recently completed the plumbing works on this A1 Trades Group Pty Ltd ... and there was a fair bit of rearranging involved.

Two existing bathrooms were transformed into one new ensuite, while the former laundry was converted into a guest bathroom.

That means more than swapping out a few taps and fixtures. When rooms change purpose, the plumbing needs to change with them 👉 water, waste and drainage all need to work with the new layout.

👌The end result is a completely reworked space that makes much better use of the home.
Great to work alongside the A1 Trades team on another quality renovation.

A lot of the most important plumbing work around your property is the stuff you actually never see.

Proper drainage is about more than putting a pipe in the ground.
It’s about making sure water has somewhere to go, using the right materials, getting the levels right and installing a system designed to actually do its job.

Because once the trench is filled back in and the yard is looking good again, what’s underneath still matters.

👉 From stormwater and drainage issues to new installations and repairs, the MSJ Plumbing team has you covered.

Do it once ✅ Do it properly✅

From drainage problem to finished yard👌

Another French drain installation completed by the MSJ Plumbing team, this time at a property in 📍Greenbank.

The job involved installing the new drainage system, with all excavated dirt removed from site thanks to the crew at Cheapa Skips 🙌

And while we were there, the clients asked us to go one step further and put in a little rock garden and re-turf the yard as well.

So the MSJ boys got stuck in and took care of that too 💪

New drainage installed ✔️
Dirt removed from site ✔️
Fresh turf laid ✔️
Yard looking schmick again ✔️

The re-turfing was an additional service requested by the owners, but it meant we could leave them with the drainage sorted and their yard looking great again.

Another one done and dusted by MSJ Plumbing.
