Major progress on our 11kV backup generator replacement at a Gold Coast resort!

✅ NER installation
✅ Gen LV DB mounted

IN PROGRESS:
🔧 Protection Panel - relay wiring, VT & CT circuits
🔧 Control Panel - BMS integration
🔧 Final circuit terminations

THE REALITY:

🔶 Milestone Achieved — HV Generator Replacement Project

Proud to share that the Queensland Power & Electrical Services team has successfully completed the first priority stage of our High Voltage Generator Replacement Project — the decommissioning of the HV generator, interconnecting controls, and Energex interface.

This is a significant milestone — HV work demands precision, rigorous safety management, and a team that knows what they’re doing under pressure. The QLD Power team delivered exactly that.

Stage one down. ✅

What stood out on this project wasn’t just the technical ex*****on — it was how the team responded when challenges arose. Working closely with the engineers and project team, QLD Power designed practical, efficient solutions to minimise downtime, keep the project moving, and get things back on track without compromising safety or quality.
