Arete Concrete is looking for experienced Concrete Pump Operators to join our growing team.

With Arete continuing to expand across South East Queensland, we’re looking for reliable, experienced operators who take pride in their equipment, work well with site crews and can operate safely and efficiently on busy commercial projects.

We’re looking for operators with:

• Relevant concrete pump HRW licence
• HR licence or above where required
• Construction White Card
• Experience operating concrete pumps
• Strong understanding of pump setup, operation and cleaning
• Good communication and a professional attitude onsite
• Reliability and willingness to work across

Brisbane and the Gold Coast

Experience on commercial and high-rise projects is highly regarded.

Another solid pour completed at Broadbeach! 💪

Our Arete pump and place crew were back on site tackling Basement 2 – Pour 2, with our 50m Zoomlion concrete pump getting the job done.

Another solid effort from the team as we keep pushing this project forward, one pour at a time.

A massive day across South East Queensland for the Arete Concrete Pty Ltd team. 💪

Today we had 85 men and 4 concrete pumps deployed across SEQ, delivering across 9 separate commercial projects in a single day:

▪️ 650m² transfer slab for BDCM Services Pty Ltd– Wynnum
▪️ 700m² deck + stairs for Evbuilt – Tweed Heads
▪️ Columns for Deluca Corporation – Carseldine
▪️ 450m² basement slab for Maxcon Constructions Pty Ltd– Broadbeach
▪️ 1,000m³ raft slab for OBX – Jefferson Lane Palm Beach
▪️ 750m² deck + stairs for Stockwell– West End
▪️ 650m² deck for M2M – Kangaroo Point
▪️ Columns for South City – South Brisbane
▪️ Crossover for JMac – Greenslopes

Coordinating 85 men, 4 pumps and 9 live sites across South East Queensland in one day is a massive logistical effort, and a credit to everyone involved — from our operations team behind the scenes through to every pump operator and placement crew on the ground.

Days like today show just how far Arete has come and the capability we continue to build. Arete is quickly becoming a serious force in the South East Queensland commercial and high-rise concrete industry — and we’re only getting started. 👊

Our Arete Concrete Pumping & Placement team completed the Basement 1 pour for Skyjade this week, placing 150m³ safely and efficiently.
