Here's some more photos of our recent job at Red Hill. Part of the work we carried out involved replacing the existing back stairs. The owners were tired of carefully navigating these steep and slippery stairs

The existing stairs though in reasonable condition were constructed in a way which the tread length was too narrow

We had a new set of steel stringers made with a custom rise and a longer tread length of 240mm.

We then replaced the decking to the bottom landing and replaced the handrail and balustrade.

Here's some photos of a recently completed job at Red Hill. The back deck was in need of attention with rusty posts needing replacement.

We supported the upper and lower decks to install the posts and new concrete bases. We also removed and replaced the old metal balustrade with timber to match the existing Queenslander features of the home.

We also turned our attention to an existing space under the home to create a home office space.

Here's some photos of the deck we've constructed at our Grange front yard transformation.

The decking & sub-frame supplied by Wison timbers has been constructed using a Click Deck modular aluminium system. Decking is a 86 x 19 standard grade Spotted gum, oiled with Tanacoat.

Here's an update of a project we've been working on in South Brisbane.

The original Chamferboard home was raised, moved slightly sideways & re-stumped.

A lot of work has been done installing new wall frames, altering the existing layout as well as plumbing/ straightening some existing frames.

We then started the excavation for the Garage & Entry level to this home. In the process we removed about 175 m3 of extremely hard rock.

With the recent pouring of the concrete slab to the underneath of the existing home, this home is starting to take shape.

Another part of our Grange renovation project has been the transformation of the existing back patio at the rear of the house.

The lads from Reno Demo removed the old brown tiles and ground back the existing slab allowing our mates from Avid tiling to install a new waterproof membrane and lay the new tiles.

A new glass and stainless steel balustrade has completed the new look to the patio

Here's some finished pics of the verandah repair job we've done at Highgate Hill.

The new ladies waist handrail and broom stick balustrade was assembled by ourselves on site and now complies with BCA height regulations.

We also altered the existing security screens due to lifting the height of the handrails

The new upgraded floor joists will carry the extra weight of the fibre cement sheeting and tiles.

All materials used on this job were supplied by .

This verandah is now ready to be enjoyed once more.

This little Bathroom reno we've been doing at Holland Park is now ready for tiling.

We've completely gutted and re-lined the walls and ceiling. We've also reconfigured the cupboard re-using the old pine shelving.

Can't wait to see how this turns out
