Hillery Civil is seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team, working on subdivision and civil construction projects across the Airlie Beach and Cannonvale region.

This is an opportunity to join a solid and experienced local crew, many of whom have worked together for more than 15 years. Our team takes pride in delivering quality work safely and supporting one another to get the job done.

You will have the opportunity to develop practical, lifelong skills by working alongside a crew with extensive knowledge and experience in civil construction.

What we’re looking for
You will operate a range of heavy machinery across our subdivision and civil construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in civil construction and earthmoving
Experience in subdivision works would be highly regarded
Relevant plant tickets and competencies
Current Queensland driver’s licence
A strong commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively as part of an established crew
Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work
