Small renovation at the Wards.

The Wards family home was due for a makeover after water damage took its toll on the old horsehair ceiling. While we were at it, we decided to open up the kitchen and living room, add a skylight, and upgrade the ceiling with VJ paneling and a few extra windows for natural light!

We worked closely with an engineer to redesign the space and make those heavy structural walls disappear. Even with a few surprises like asbestos in the kitchen and a massive copper tank in the ceiling, we stayed on track, completed the project on time and on budget, and even assembled the kitchen ourselves to help the Wards settle in faster.

The result? A stunning transformation and a very happy family! 🛠️🎉

"Completed a range of projects for Karen out at Richmond Hill! We extended the deck and added a flyover pergola to provide some much-needed shelter and shade. While we were at it, we removed the unused chimney in the living room to free up space. Later, we were called back to install beautiful T&G Blackbutt flooring in the living room. Karen and Brad were thrilled with the final results!

Pergola, Ballina

Just wrapped up a small project in Ballina for the OJM crew! We were tasked with extending this pergola to provide the client with more sheltered space around the pool. To add a touch of elegance, we incorporated beautiful spotted gum battens, enhancing the structure's visual appeal while softening its look.
