Northbound lane widening on Windsor Road, Charles Street to Seven Hills Road, is now open to traffic. 🚗🚴🚐

Difficult ground conditions, tight staging and utility relocations tested the team at every stage, but they stayed resilient and got it across the line safely.

🚧 Bondi Beach Project Update | Parks Drive North Renewal 🦺

The Parks Drive North Renewal project is well underway, with our team completing two significant concrete pours this week – a major milestone in delivering this upgrade.

A huge effort by everyone on site for keeping the project moving safely and efficiently.

Tuesday marked QMC’s mid-year companywide toolbox and while we sang happy birthday to our CEO Steve, the day was all business! 👍🏽🦺🎊

We kicked off the morning at Bondi Park, where QMC currently has four active projects underway for Waverley Council a valued client partner that we have proudly worked alongside since 2015.

Our team tackled several key safety topics including working around services, fire safety, gas cylinder handling and storage, chain of responsibility, equipment tagging and lifting slings, project housekeeping, and our ongoing commitment to wellbeing.

That afternoon, 10 members of our leadership team completed the MATES in Construction Connector Course, a powerful workshop that equips people to recognise when a workmate might be struggling and how to connect them to the right support.

A huge thank you to our MATES trainers, you were absolutely brilliant.

QMC is proud to be a MATES workplace, one that genuinely cares about the mental health and the wellbeing of our people, and their families and friends.

Some of our team were lucky enough to attend CCF Women in Civil luncheon yesterday - a celebration supporting and empowering women across our industry. 👏🏽

QMC is thrilled that Stacey was invited to be a panelist. Stacey recently joined QMC’s Landscape Portfolio as Site Manager, with her first project delivering the redevelopment of Harry Noble Reserve. 🌳🛝

We’re excited to work alongside and support Stacey in encouraging more women to build careers in this great industry, and most importantly, in creating opportunities for them here at QMC.
