Concrete bathroom flooring is now going down on our latest Eden Brae Homes project. 👷‍♂️🏡

These reinforced concrete floors are designed to help eliminate common waterproofing issues in two-storey homes. With fibre reinforcement, rebar, and waterproofing already in place, they’re built to provide a solid, reliable base for the next stage of construction. 💪

Quality starts from the ground up. More updates coming soon. 👀

Steven and Shane have been hard at work in the trenches at our Brooklyn project this week, with the formwork for the footings now complete.

All electrical and plumbing provisions have been installed and are ready for the next stage. Steel reinforcement will be going in next week, followed shortly by the concrete pour.

Garage block work is also set to begin next week, keeping the project moving forward.

From a balcony that was failing... to one that's built to last.

Every great transformation starts with a solid foundation.

After weeks of waterproofing, structural repairs, and quality finishes, the Clovelly balcony is officially complete. The only thing left is taking down the scaffold so the finished project can truly shine.

We're proud of the result and grateful to everyone who helped bring it together.

On to the next project 👊

A solid week on site. 👷‍♂️💪

The retaining walls for the garage and the back of the property are now complete.

Next up is the garage slab, followed by more bulk excavation and the house footings. It’s great to see everything starting to come together, one stage at a time.

Plenty more updates to come. Stay tuned! 🏗️

Revesby is officially coming to life 🔥🏗️

What started as a bare site is now a full structure you can walk through — walls up, floors in, and roof trusses going up as the team keeps pushing ahead.
