Yesterday we returned to Woongarra Acres for our second retrospective project on the farm.

This one will be a secondary dwelling (Granny Flat).

The kids and I conducted our preliminary site measure before I start drafting the building design plans for Buildable Approvals need for the certification process.

Retrospective building design is our specialty, so if you have an existing shed to convert into a granny flat, or an unapproved structure that you need certified for council approval, please feel free to reach out for a chat!
