💛 Walking for Liam. Walking for a Cure.

Today, the COWYN team is proud to sponsor Day 2 of the Mark Hughes Foundation Big Three Trek.

Our Director, Adam Johnson, will join hundreds of participants walking 150km from Sydney to Newcastle to raise vital funds for brain cancer research, support services and, ultimately, a cure.

Two years ago, Adam and Erin’s world changed forever when their youngest son, Liam, was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Just days later, on his sixth birthday, they received the devastating confirmation that it was brain cancer. Since then, Liam and the Johnson family have shown extraordinary courage, resilience and strength throughout their journey.

At COWYN, we’re incredibly proud to stand alongside Adam, Liam and their family. Supporting causes that mean so much to our people is what being a team is all about.

Today, the COWYN team is proud to sponsor Day 2 of the Mark Hughes Foundation Big Three Trek.

PROGRESS UPDATE | Coast Christian School, Bensville

COWYN Building Group is proud to be delivering the first stage of Coast Christian School's future High School campus at Bensville.

Awarded in March 2026 and delivered in partnership with the project will provide contemporary learning environments for future generations of students while supporting the school's long-term growth and vision.

The development comprises a new two-storey learning facility incorporating specialist Art & Textiles, Woodwork, Science and Food Technology classrooms, together with additional General Learning Areas, a new car park, COLA, covered walkways and associated infrastructure upgrades.

It has been fantastic to see the project take shape over recent months and we look forward to sharing further progress as works continue.

NEW PROJECT | The Scots College Pool

We’re delighted to confirm that works are now underway at Pool Redevelopment Project, being delivered under a novated Design & Construct contract.

Since executing the contract in October 2025, our project team has progressed the design through to Construction Certificate approval, achieved last week, enabling works to commence on site.

We look forward to working once again with project superintendent , project architect , specialist pool contractor and our key consultants and subcontractors.

The project will deliver a new competition-standard water polo pool, spectator stand and associated infrastructure upgrades to support elite sport, student wellbeing and the broader school community.

We look forward to delivering this project at this prestigious educational institution through collaboration, experience and quality ex*****on.

PROJECT COMPLETION | Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Matraville (Stage 3)

COWYN Building Group is proud to announce that the Occupation Certificate for Stage 3 of the redevelopment was obtained yesterday, marking another significant milestone in our long-term involvement on campus.

Building on the success of the Stage 2 Hall and Administration Building, and delivered under a Design & Construct contract, Stage 3 comprises new ground-floor carparking facilities, first-floor classrooms and adaptable learning spaces, and a purpose-built early learning centre for on the second floor, supported by associated upgrades throughout the precinct.

Delivering this scope within a live, operational school required meticulous planning, carefully staged sequencing, and close collaboration with the school, consultants and wider project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Our continued engagement with and reflects the strength of our partnership and the capability, professionalism and commitment of our project team.

Achieving this milestone is a testament to our high-performing staff, our attention to detail, and our unwavering focus on collaborative, outcomes driven project delivery.
