Bailey Technologies are currently experiencing strong company growth and have a requirement for an A grade Electrician to join our existing team. We have a great crew of apprentices you will be working with, we are a family owned company who values our employees and offer a great supportive team environment where we all enjoy our day.

Our work is varied, we do all types of general electrical, solar and battery, security systems and more. We are “your whole home electrical solution”. Our work is primarily in the residential and SME business sector. You will start and finish each day from our factory in Ballarat. Company vehicles are provided for transportation and use at all jobs.

The ideal person for this role would have:

· An A Grade electrical licence- Issued by Energy Safe Victoria

CEC installer accreditation would be a bonus, but not essential

· Great communication and people skills

· An ability to solve problems and fault finding skills

· The ability to work unsupervised

· Good time management skills

· Ability to work as part of the team

· Be motivated and show initiative

· Be well presented

· Have a current driver’s licence

· A desire to be successful within a supportive team environment

As a member of our team we will provide you with:

Welp, that’s done and dusted for another year. It was exhausting, but also a lot of fun and most importantly for our customers, informative. Our office will be open again tomorrow and you’ll know that you are getting the best informed solar installers in Ballarat! I’m going home now to put my feet up!

These three amazing yong people gave us a brilliant presentation at SEIA last night about their involvement in the Monash Motorsport team. They blew the whole room away. We are planning on taking the whole crew to see them at their next race in Winton. We’ll done to Michaela (business manager), Chantelle (structures engineer) and Kevin (electrical systems engineer). BTW, They built the whole car, including most of the electronics from scratch!
