The original build had good bones, but 30 years on the coast had done its damage .A Full reclad, new upper decks, and replacement windows to deal with years of weather exposure. No shortcuts, just rebuilding it properly so it lasts.

Inside, we stripped back and reset the kitchen—clean layout, better light, and materials that make sense for how the space gets used.

Today we attended a hands-on workshop with the team at Dincel, learning about their Structural Wall System—focusing on installation, buildability, and the key details that impact cost and performance.
Dincel is an innovative system that, when used correctly, can improve build efficiency and reduce both labour and material costs.

We’ve just handed over this complete transformation on the Great Ocean Road — a tired double-storey home reimagined into a high-performance coastal retreat overlooking Point Roadknight.

This renovation embraces our healthy home philosophy, featuring a cavity batten system and high-performance WRB membrane for improved thermal performance, breathability, and longevity. A fresh new kitchen for this Lorne home 🌿

What started as water damage from a leaking appliance in the kitchen turned into a full transformation. We rebuilt the kitchen, refurbished the downstairs bedroom, repainted the entire upstairs, and repolished the Tasmanian Oak floors — giving this coastal home a bright, modern lift.
