This one was a break down. 60s bus converted into a motor home.

Again no after photos.
To put it simple, centre bearing rubber failed, snapped the cradle, tail shaft hit the ground.

We got the entire shaft rebuild with all new components right here in centre QLD.
And sent him on his way

Another 200 series that had the fuel filter restriction light coming on.

After some diagnostics, we pulled the sender unit and found the in tank gauze was choker block with debris.

As im terrible with remembering before and after photos this is all you get 😄😄

We wired and co figured this burn out car for rockynats, with all Haltech gear.

Haltech engine and body harness, with a 2500 to run it and a PD16 to control everything else.

We then plugged in and co figured everything the owner wanted and off to the dyno she went.

Upgraded this 200series top mount intercooler to a hpd. We also made a set of fans for it as well, for some reason Facebook doesn't like that photo.

This has bought cooler intake temps, which bring better fuel economy and power delivery.

100 series, doing 100 series things.

This one needed a rear main seal as you can see it was leaking.
And the front diff had collapsed a bearing, so she got changed out.

Good for another 300,000kms 😄

The importance of the correct parts!

This road train had the wrong hub seals installed on its last serviced (6 months ago) letting dust in.
Broke down at 10pm 1hr south of Rockhampton. We got on scene to find the bearing had melted, spun the cup and welded itself to the axle.
We got it back in a very safe manner where we commenced work on it at our workshop to restore the bearing surface.
We then proceeded to repack and fit the correct seals to all 18 wheel bearings.
