Backyard Transformations

Another one completed today. Tidy fence extensions ready for some climbers in pots to provide some privacy.

Bit of Corten edging today. Will look great when it rusts up and matches the rest. Also a small repair to an existing corner that “may have been run over”. At least it looks better than before.

Brand new simple garden beds make a massive visual improvement to the yard. You don’t have to have ‘just a house on a block’ little things like this do a lot to change how your home looks and doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. Completed in Thursday’s rain (not fun 😆) what a difference.

And just like that it’s ready to go on the market. The once “nothing but weeds” backyard is now tidy and completed to the owners budget and it looks fantastic.

• New Seymour Toppings path and clothesline area
• New RTF Tall Fescue turf
• New garden bed with natives that will look and smell amazing down the track
• New clothesline and 2 sets of steps.

Thanks Lily for having us and as always to our legendary suppliers for the top notch gear.

Even the little jobs matter. Couple of metres cut off the trees and the Seymour toppings topped up. Let’s in some more natural light to the rear of the house and freshens up the whole area.

Our Avoca project is finished and boy what a difference.

• No more tatty fibreglass or shade cloth on the roof.
• No more soggy ground when you step out the back door.

Instead now we have a beautifully presented deck and patio area ready for some awesome afternoon relaxation. All secured with some new fencing and gates.

As always, thanks goes out to our legendary suppliers for getting the materials up there for us. Ross Street Building Supplies Ballarat PlumbPro

Much needed freshen up complete. The whole rear yard is now usable.

Here we have added a two sleeper high Retaining wall to level the ground that fell away towards the back fence. The ground from the concrete to the top of the wall has been filled and compacted to provide level stable ground to access the future raised garden beds. Some holes have been drilled and filled with the perfect media for some Camellias by the owner. We also levelled the ground around the tank and installed some paving to define the path. The timber frame section has been extended to double its size allowing for three grapevines to grown up via some installed stainless tensioned wire.

Thank you Joan for having us do your work. Listening to you talk about your garden we know it will look amazing in 12 months.

Up on a roof today with the boys. Off with the old and on with the new. And some new shade from the belting north summer sun. (When it’s here)
