The Eton is a reflection of thoughtful, considered design – where subtle changes come together to reshape the way a home is lived in.

Each space has been carefully refined to feel contemporary, while still remaining deeply personal to its owners. A restrained palette, cohesive materiality and quiet detailing allow the home to read as one, creating a natural sense of flow from room to room.

The Evergreen | Outdoor Living

Designed as a natural extension of the home, this outdoor entertaining zone brings together structure, texture and restraint.

Polished concrete floors ground the space, while the slatted roof filters light and shadow throughout the day. Integrated downlights and a ceiling fan ensure the area performs just as beautifully at night as it does in the afternoon sun.

The stepped chimney form anchors the layout, creating subtle architectural rhythm and defining zones without closing the space in. Every element was considered – from material continuity to proportion – resulting in an outdoor room that feels refined, functional and effortlessly connected to the garden beyond.
