"I have had such a great experience with Ken Hall. The people who take the calls are so lovely and you can contact them over the phone or text too. They are available 24/7.
Yes I am sure I could have kept ringing around for quotes, but from the start I was treated as a valued customer so I didn't bother calling anyone else.
I would like to shout out one particular Electrician, Jason, who came and cleaned what he deemed "the most dirty aircon he'd ever seen". He spent 2 hours cleaning my system and he didn't cut any corners. He was polite, well mannered and an absolute gentleman and he got my AC working well again.
He was also able to give me other quotes which he thought might help me in future and I honestly won't bother getting other quotes because I trust this man to come back into my home and treat it as his own.
As a single woman living on her own, I would recommend Ken Hall. All three men who came into my home were so lovely and treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel very safe. Single Woman Approved! Thank you to you all!"
