We create the strongest bow tie in the world.

From our own and our partners’ production lines for high‑end sport and automotive components, we take what would normally be scrap and give it a second life — upcycling the most valuable high‑performance carbon‑fiber prepregs into premium bow ties.

It may look like a simple component.
In reality, it demands care, precision, and engineering effort — from developing the right tooling to defining a process capable of delivering a perfect surface finish without painting.

This is more than a business.

Our hot press for fiber-reinforced components is now fully operational! 🔥🆕 In addition to development and repair work, we are excited to offer prototype and small-batch manufacturing. 🛠️📦

Over the past months, we designed and custom-built this fully automated 75-ton press, with integrated heat and pressure control as well as full data logging. ⚙️🖥️ With this technology, we can now produce carbon plates and complex parts at high throughput, in both continuous fiber fabrics and SMC/BMC compounds, also known as "forged carbon" (see picture 2).

This carbon bike came to us with serious damage — two cracks that looked beyond repair. But our team brought it back to life with precision craftsmanship and high-strength carbon fibre. 💥 Not only was it fully restored in 2 days, but the owner had a flawless ride at his competition! 🙌🔥

As a standard, we provide a detailed repair protocol with a strength calculation of the repair layup according to the ISO 4210 — the official bicycle industry standard, tailored specifically to your frame.

Founder Q&A – What motivated you to start fibenta?
„I’ve always been fascinated by carbon fiber parts. Since I was 14, I wanted to buy such components to upgrade my motorbike. But they were too expensive, so I decided to make them myself. With the help of my dad, a chemistry graduate, I learned to understand and refine the production process until I could create high-quality parts — even for friends. From that moment, it was clear to me that I wanted to build a business where ideas could evolve into high-performance components, with nearly infinite possibilities thanks to the anisotropic nature of composites.“ – Emanuele Gioia, Founder
