_flexibilidad y transformación: un sistema abierto que invita a la experimentación, permitiendo múltiples configuraciones espaciales.
espacios sin jerarquías, donde ninguna área domina a la otra, evolucionando con el tiempo según los deseos y hábitos de quienes habitan la casa.

_materialidad: todos los materiales se muestran tal como son, con naturalidad permitiendo que denoten el paso del tiempo con la casa.
se priorizan texturas y colores neutros, simples, que den lugar al mobiliario como protagonista y su apropiacion del espacio.

_inserción en el paisaje: se establece un equilibrio entre arquitectura y naturaleza, la casa es un marco del paisaje, una intervención discreta y protectora.

_materiality: all materials are showcased in their natural state, allowing them to age alongside the house.
neutral and simple textures and colors are prioritized, providing a setting that highlights the furniture as the main protagonist and encourages its interaction with the space.

_integration with the landscape: a balance is established between architecture and nature.
the house acts as a frame for the landscape, a subtle and protective intervention.

Hola 2025;
Architecture, wine & good life. Existe un espacio físico para ejercer la profesión. Un “garage”, como otros grandes de la historia. Un taller de proyectos, un atelier de trabajo, un lugar que es perfecto desde su imperfección. Un lugar donde se habla de arquitectura y de vinos. Proyectos y construcción, nuestra renovada apuesta en 2025.

atender a la fuerte pendiente del terreno, atendiendo a niveles propuestos por el vecino, excavación y relleno.
Conseguir una altura homogonea en el interior, a escala de la propuesta.
Si bien conectada y abierta, ser capaces de lograr privacidad y cierre a la via publica.
Es posible que sea s i m p l e , p r a c t i c a , e f i c i e n t e y d i s f r u t a b l e ¿! Aquí compartimos nuestra respuesta.

Our intentions; to create a home that:

Lives and interacts with its surroundings (the garden, the patio, and the lawn)
Makes the most of the available northern sunlight (clave de sol).
Offers sweeping views of the city’s horizon.
Seamlessly integrates natural and controlled vegetation as a design element.
Creates a “through-space” experience that connects two outdoor areas (a patio and a garden)
Transitions through a landscaped and curated entry patio, welcoming you with a sense of control and beauty.
We addressed the steep slope of the site by working with the neighbor’s levels, carefully balancing excavation and fill.

The interior was designed to maintain a uniform height, scaled to the proposal.

While open and connected, the home ensures privacy and closure from the public street.

Our aim was for the design to be simple, practical, efficient, and enjoyable, a space that feels just right.

Here’s our response to this exciting challenge.

Resolvimos una caja compacta, con su identidad y ritmo en estructura vertical de piedra, vidrio y vegetación”..
Un patio/jardín frontal, un interior pasante, y un jardín posterior y pisicina”..
Buscamos enfáticamente, la síntesis, el ritmo, modulacion y repetición”..
La vegetación interactua con frecuencia en la vivienda, atempera calor, viste, y nos da frescura y naturalidad.

Our solution was a compact volume with its identity, defined by a rhythmic interplay of vertical stone structures, glass, and lush vegetation”..

A front patio/garden, a seamless interior that flows through the space, and a rear garden with a pool”..

We focused on achieving simplicity, rhythm, modularity, and repetition”..
Vegetation plays an active role throughout the home, cooling the spaces, adding character, and bringing in a sense of freshness and nature.
