That media wall in the pitch deck? It is not floating.
It needs power. Cooling. A mounting system engineered to hold real weight. None of that shows up in a rendering.
Here is the gap nobody talks about:
An agency sells the “wow factor” — screens, sensors, interactive walls.
An engineer solves what makes it actually work for 8 hours a day, every day of the show:
• Power load that fits the venue’s electrical allocation
• Cooling for equipment running inside an enclosed structure
• Structural mounting built for the real weight, not the render
• Cable routing planned in from day one — not improvised later
• A backup plan if something fails mid-show
The stands where the tech actually works aren’t the ones with the boldest pitch. They are the ones where the engineering was solved before the wow factor was ever sold.
That is the difference between a design agency and a full-cycle exhibition stand contractor.
