We’ve successfully commenced the second stage of construction joint treatment at our Nad Al Shiba site.

📌 Scope of Work:
Installation of Hydrophilic Swellable Water Bar (Polyurethane-based) for sealing construction joints.

🛠 Key Application Highlights:
• Positioned within reinforcement cage or ≥10 cm from concrete flanks
• Fully bonded using Bitubond N for secure adhesion
• Where necessary, nailed to prevent displacement during concreting
• Surface prep done with Polycrete to ensure strong bonding

This step is crucial for preventing water ingress at construction joints, ensuring long-term durability and watertight performance.
